Assam is known for its distinctive black teas, and is one of the only regions in the world with native tea plants. This long leaf tea has golden tips to each leaf, and features a brisk and malty flavor. This is a rich and bold black tea! (contains caffeine)

Directions:

Add 1-2 teaspoons of tea to boiling temperature water

Let tea steep for 4 minutes

Not necessary to strain leaves out, they will sink to the bottom and then can be used again with freshly boiled filtered water.

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)
