Description

Farmed on the Makaibari Estate established in 1859 and home of the worlds best Darjeeling tea. A wonderful mellow green tea with no grassy notes. Steeps a naturally sweet cup with no bitterness. The perfect cup of green tea.

Directions:

Use 1.5 tsp. per 8 oz. cup. Bring water to a boil and let it cool slightly before pouring over tea leaves. Steep 2-3 minutes. Tea can be re-infused multiple times by adding 1 minute to each additional steep. using freshly boiled water.

Not necessary to strain leaves out, they will sink to the bottom and then can be used again with freshly boiled filtered water.

For best results, use filtered water (water can really affect the taste of the tea if it is not filtered)
